the platform are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual
property, privacy, personality, consumer, advertising, or criminal law rights. I accept full legal,
civil, administrative, and criminal responsibility for any content, product, service, offer,
communication, transaction, or claim arising from my use of the platform. I acknowledge that the
platform acts only as an intermediary/hosting service provider and is not the owner, seller,
representative, guarantor, or publisher of user-generated listings or user content. I agree that the
platform may review, restrict, remove, suspend, or report any content or account where it reasonably
believes that such content violates the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, third-party rights,
public order, or platform safety rules. I confirm that this approval is made electronically and may
constitute a legally binding agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that
disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement
offices of Izmir, Türkiye.
