terms and User Content Agreement

I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions. I declare and undertake that all listings, images, descriptions, messages, documents, and other content I publish or submit on the platform are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, personality, consumer, advertising, or criminal law rights.

I accept full legal, civil, administrative, and criminal responsibility for any content, product, service, offer, communication, transaction, or claim arising from my use of the platform. I acknowledge that the platform acts only as an intermediary/hosting service provider and is not the owner, seller, representative, guarantor, or publisher of user-generated listings or user content.

I agree that the platform may review, restrict, remove, suspend, or report any content or account where it reasonably believes that such content violates the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, third-party rights, public order, or platform safety rules.



 



I confirm that this approval is made electronically and may constitute a legally binding agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Izmir, Türkiye.

Privacy Consent
I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy. I expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, use, and, where necessary, transfer of my personal data within the scope described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, listing publication, communication, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform operation purposes.

I acknowledge that my personal data may be shared with competent public authorities, courts, law enforcement bodies, regulators, or other legally authorized institutions where required by applicable law. I understand that I may exercise my legal rights regarding my personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.



 

 

I confirm that this consent is given freely, specifically, knowingly, and by an affirmative action in electronic form, and that it may constitute legally binding evidence of my approval.
